Learn how to make mix vegetable omelette - a healthy quick Indian breakfast recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.

Ingredients

Onion 1 , chop
Tomato 1 , chop
Carrot 1
Chopped cabbage 4
Coriander leaves 2
Ginger garlic paste 1
Semolina 3 Tablespoon
Masala mix 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Gram flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Oil 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. In a large bowl add onion, tomato, carrot, cabbage, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, semolina, mix masala, turmeric powder, salt & gram flour. Mix everything well.

2. Add water as required and mix well. Make a pouring consistency batter.

3. In a flat bottom pan heat some oil.

4. Pour some of the batter and spread evenly.

5. Cook the omelette properly on both the sides.

SERVING:

6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
