Learn how to make restaurant style Chicken Korma recipe - a quick easy to make Indian main course from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.


Chicken 1/2 Kilogram
Curd 150 Gram
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Cinnamon stick 1/2 Inch
Cloves 3
Cardamoms 2
Fennel seeds 1 Tablespoon
Onions 2 , chop
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
Chicken masala 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Cashew powder 4 Tablespoon
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste



1. Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, ginger garlic paste & salt. Keep it aside for some time.


2. In a pan heat some oil. Add cinnamon, cardamom & cloves.

3. Then add chopped onion, coriander leaves. Mix everything well.

4. Let everything cook for 10 minutes.

5. Then add marinated chicken and mix well.

6. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chicken masala & cashew powder. Mix well.

7. Add water, salt and let everything cook well for 10 minutes.

8. Once the chicken is cooked, the dish is ready.


9. Chicken Korma is ready to serve with chapati / roti / rice.
