Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Ginger garlic paste | 2 Tablespoon (or Ginger Garlic crush) | |
Coriander leaves | 1 Tablespoon | |
Onion | 1 | |
Coriander powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
Masala mix | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Chana dal | 5 Tablespoon | |
Mutton kheema | 1/2 Kilogram | |
Eggs | 3 | |
Bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Water | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
GETTING READY:
1. In a pressure cook heat some oil.
2. Add ginger garlic crush, coriander leaves, onion, coriander seeds powder, mix masala, chana dal & salt. Mix everything well.
3. Add mutton kheema and mix well.
4. Add water and again mix well.
5. Close the lid and let the kheema cook on 5-6 whistles.
6. Once the kheema is cooked put it in another pan.
7. Keep stirring the kheema on slow flame till it becomes thick & starts to leave the sides of the pan.
8. Allow the kheema to cool down.
MAKING:
9. Then put in the mixer grinder. Add bread crumbs. Grind everything well.
10. Take the mixture on a plate. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
11. Make small size kababs. Dip it in the egg batter and then coat with bread crumbs.
12. Shallow fry the kababs on medium hot oil till golden brown.
SERVING:
13. Delicious Mutton Kababs are ready.
