Ghee | 2 Tablespoon | |
Vermicelli | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Raisins | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Chopped dry fruits | 2 Tablespoon | |
Milk | 1 Liter | |
Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Cardamom powder | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
1. In a pan heat some ghee.
2. Add the vermicelli and roast it well.
3. Then add raisins and dry fruits. Mix everything well.
4. Add milk and again mix well. Let the milk boil completely.
5. Then add sugar. Keep stirring.
6. Add cardamom powder and keep stirring.
7. Let the kheer boil till it becomes little thick.
SERVING:
8. Garnish it with dry fruits & serve.
