|Onion||1 , chop|
|Coriander leaves||2 Tablespoon|
|Date tamarind chutney||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green chutney||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chutney||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Red Chillies Garlic Chutney)|
|Sev||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. In a serving dish arrange all the puris.
2. One by one on all the puris add mashed potatoes, onion, salt, coriander leaves, green chutney, date & tamarind chutney & red chillies garlic chutney.
3. Garnish it with Sev.
4. Sev Puri is ready.
