Semolina | 2 Tablespoon (Rava) | |
Milk | 1 Liter | |
Ghee | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cardamom powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped cashews | 2 Tablespoon | |
Raisins | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1. In a pan heat some ghee. Roast the semolina.
2. Then add chopped cashews & raisins. Roast everything well.
3. Add milk and keep stirring.
4. Add sugar & cardamom powder. Mix everything well.
5. Let the kheer boil for 10 minutes. Once the kheer becomes thick switch off the flame.
SERVING:
6. Garnish it with some dry fruits and serve.
