Ginger green chilli paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
Water | 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
Salt | 2 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
1. Soak the rice in water.
2. Ground together cinnamon, cloves, seeds of green cardamom pods and pepper cons.
3. In a pan add ghee and roast cashew nuts and keep them aside.
4. Then add some raisins roast them and keep them aside.
5. In the same pan add bay leaf, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, pepper cons, cardamom pods, grounded spices and ginger chilli paste.
6. Add the soaked rice and mix well now add water and salt and let it cook for 12-15 minutes.
SERVING:
7. Ghee rice is ready to be served.
