Easy and tasty evening snack, Corn Kebab.

Ingredients

Corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Potato 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , boiled, peeled and mashed
Bread slice 1 Large
Cloves 2
Cinnamon piece 1/4 Inch
Ginger 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Green cardamom powder 1 Pinch
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Black peppercorns 12
Salt 3/4 Teaspoon
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cilantro 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Green chillies 3 , finely chopped
Mint leaves To Taste , finely chopped
Onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Poha 2 Tablespoon (Thick variety)
