Tandoori Masala Pork Ribs

My Tandoori Masala Pork Ribs are off the hook! I love using traditional Indian spices in non-traditonal ways. This recipe is a perfect example.

Ingredients

Tandoori masala 2 Tablespoon
Honey powder 2 Teaspoon
Sea salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Baby back rib rack 1
Bbq sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Indian inspired)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat grill with wood chips in smoker box.

MAKING:

Season meat with tandoori masala, honey powder and sea salt. Refrigerate until grilling.

Place meat on grill and cook for 2 hours.

Wrap in aluminium foil and cook for 1 hour.

Baste with sauce and cook for another 30 minutes.

Glaze again and cook for another 30 minutes.

Once done, allow to rest for a while and cut as desired.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
