Easy Roasted Potatoes Recipe Tasty Snack Ideas

Here is an easy side dish recipe. Enjoy them with a cup of tea. Feel free to dip them in a cheesy sauce or tomato ketchup.


Potatoes 4 Large
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Parsley 2 Teaspoon
Thyme 1 Teaspoon
Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon



1.  Chop Potatoes in bite size pieces. Toss in with spices and oil.

2.  Place on a baking sheet and cook in the toaster oven for 30-40 mins at 400 F.

3.  You can make them crisp by turning the temp high at 450 F for last 20 or so mins (optional)



4.  Serve as a side dish.
