A very simple south Indian breakfast which is perfect for a busy day.

Ingredients

Semolina 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1/2 , finely chopped
Cilantro 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Curry leaves 4 , finely chopped
Green chillies 3 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Dry red chillies 2
Urad dal 1 Teaspoon
Chana dal 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Ginger 2 Teaspoon , finely chopped
