Farali Paneer Aloo Cutlets For Upvas Vrat

Paneer is high in protein and calcium so enjoy these cutlets and get the nutrition you need while fasting. Not many days left to Navratri and I thought of sharing some fasting recipes to celebrate Navratri.


Mashed potato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Grated paneer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ginger paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Green chilli paste To Taste
Rock salt To Taste
Cumin powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Lime juice To Taste
Arrowroot powder 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/8 Teaspoon
Rajgira flour To Taste ((For dusting))
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Coriander leaves 4 Pinch
