These yummy aloo parathas are not only tasty but also gluten free. They are quick and simple to make and can be made on regular days too.

Ingredients

Mashed potato 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Rock salt To Taste
Green chilli paste To Taste
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/8 Teaspoon
Rajgira flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Arrowroot flour 3 Tablespoon (((For dusting)))
Oil 4 Tablespoon (((For greasing)))
