Malai Coconut Laddu / Ladoo

Learn how to make instant coconut laddu to satisfy your cravings or for a pooja.

Ingredients

Unsweetened coconut flakes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Condensed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk powder 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dried cranberries 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cardamom powder 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. In a mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients that include unsweetened coconut flakes, elaichi powder, milk powder, and dried cranberries.

2. Now add condensed milk and mix well with a spatula or hands.

3. Now roll them into small balls.

SERVING:

4. Take the balls, roll it again in dry coconut flakes, and serve.
