Cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Condensed milk | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Pistachio | 1 Teaspoon | |
Almond flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
Raisin | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cardamon powder | 1 Pinch |
MAKING:
1. In a pot, bring milk to boil and keep it in medium to high.
2. Now add cooked rice, raisins, and wait until the rice absorbs the milk while stirring occasionally.
3. Now add condensed milk to sweeten it and switch it off in few minutes.
SERVING:
4. Garnish with pistachios, almonds, and ground cardamom powder.
5. Serve warm or chilled.
TIP:
In case, you don’t have cooked rice, you can substitute with beaten rice
