Quick and tasty vegetarian Tikki made using leftovers is a mom's life saver. Combine leftover lentils, rice and slice of bread to make this easy kids snack. Perfect for putting in the lunch box too.
|Brown lentils||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown rice||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small , chopped finely|
|Mushroom||2 Small , chopped finely|
1. Mix all the ingredients and form small patties.
2. Pan fry in hot oil until both sides are golden brown.
3. Enjoy with chutney or as my kids eat it ...with ketchup
