Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric 1/8 Teaspoon
Mixed vegetable 2 Cup (32 tbs) , shredded (cabbage, cauliflower, carrots etc used)
Ginger To Taste
Garlic To Taste
Green chili To Taste
Salt To Taste
Coriander powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Amchoor powder 1/8 Teaspoon
Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
Boiled potato 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , mashed (Optional)
Wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
