Bell Peppers Curry Recipe ( Easy Indian Food Recipes)

Here is an easy and delicious Bell Peppers recipe for which you don't need very many ingredients.


Onion 1 Large
Bell pepper 2
Potato 4 Medium
Oil 3 Tablespoon (2
Cumin seed 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic cloves 4 (3
Salt 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoon
Tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
Dried fenugreek 1 Teaspoon (Kasoori Methi)



1. Chop onions, potatoes and peppers.


2. Heat oil in a pan or wok and add cumin seeds. After 30 seconds, add onions, garlic, salt and turmeric.

3. After 2-3 minutes, add potatoes, bell peppers. Mix well. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes.

4. Add tomato paste. Mix well and cook until almost done.

5. Add dried fenugreek leaves and give another 5 minutes. Ensure potatoes are tender and everything is fully cooked before serving.


6. Serve with roti, naan and enjoy!
