Sanna Pakoras, small crunchy onion bhajias loaded with coriander. These sindhi delights are easy to make and a perfect snack to munch on with a cup of chai.

Green chili | 2 , chopped | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Coriander seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Red chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chili flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Besan flour | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (Gram Flour) | |
Water | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (as required) | |
Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying) |
MAKING:
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped onions, coriander, green chilli, slat, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, baking soda, besan flour, water (as required) and make batter.
Drop spoonfuls of mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Drain excess oil using paper towels.
SERVING:
Serve with chutney or sauce and enjoy!
