A Gujarati breakfast recipe!

Ingredients

Dhokla mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ponk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , ground
Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Plain yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 1/2 Tablespoon (For greasing)
Ginger green chili paste To Taste
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Salt To Taste
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Ground peanut 1 1/2 Tablespoon (optional)
Coriander cumin powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Ponk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cilantro chutney 1 Tablespoon (optional)
Fruit salt 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 3 Drop
Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon
Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon (for garnish, optional)
For tempering
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1 Tablespoon
