|Sprout mungbeans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrot||1 , sliced|
|Cucumber||1 Small , peeled and sliced|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Tomato||1 , sliced|
|Green chili||1 , chopped finely|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1. On a salad plate arrange the spinach leaves.
2. Place the mung sprouts in the center and arrange onion slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices and green chilis.
3. Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
4. Serve as a side dish or an appetizer.
