Sprout Mungbeans Salad Healthy Indian

Here's a super healthy salad that you can prepare with just a handful of ingredients and almost effortlessly!


Sprout mungbeans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Carrot 1 , sliced
Cucumber 1 Small , peeled and sliced
Onion 1 , sliced
Tomato 1 , sliced
Green chili 1 , chopped finely
Salt To Taste
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Spinach leaves 8



1. On a salad plate arrange the spinach leaves.

2. Place the mung sprouts in the center and arrange onion slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices and green chilis.

3. Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.


4. Serve as a side dish or an appetizer.
