Ingredients

Oil 2 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Skinless black gram 1/4 Teaspoon
Curry leaves 3
Asafoetida 1 Pinch
Dry red chili 1
Roasted groundnuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Grated coconut 1 Tablespoon
Chopped coriander 1 Teaspoon
Sweetcorn 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon (as per taste)
Sugar 1/4 Teaspoon
Crushed pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

In a pan, heat the oil. Once hot, add mustard seeds, after they splutter, add in the split black gram, curry leaves, red chili, and asafetida.

Add the groundnuts and toss them well, time to add the grated coconut & coriander and give a good mix.

Add the sweet corn, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

 

SERVING

Serve with some soft drink.
