Navratri Day 3 Satvik Thali- Crispy Bhindi Salad

Tempting isn't it? Crispy Bhindi Salad or Crispy Fried Okra Salad is our recipe of the day.


Okra 25
Rice flour 3 Tablespoon
For crispy bhindi
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Mango powder 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) ((((For deep frying))))
Chopped tomato 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Chopped cucumber 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Sweet corn 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
For salad
Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
Fresh lime juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Green chili 1 , chopped
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon



For Crispy Bhindi – Slice the bhindis using a mandolin.

In a mixing bowl, add in rice flour, salt, mango powder, black pepper and mix well.

Add the okra to the flour mix and coat well.

In a deep pan, heat the oil and deep fry okra on medium-high flame until golden, take out in kitchen towels.

For Salad –in a bowl, mix all ingredients add the crispy fried okra and toss well.



Serve with chapatti and dal.
