Eggless Custard Bread Pudding Baked in Cooker and Microwave

A delicious pudding with vegetarian twist.


Cubed french bread 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Vanilla custard powder 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Milk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Butter 2 1/2 Tablespoon



In a saucepan, add in the vanilla pudding custard, sugar and little amount of milk. Mix well to remove any lump and then pour rest of the milk.

Place on the stove and bring to a boil.

In a large bowl, place the French bread cubes and pour the vanilla custard over it and let it soak; using a potato masher, mast it properly.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and place into the preheated cooker and close with lid. Bake for 20 minutes. If you want you can microwave the pudding as well.



Slice and serve with fresh fruit.
