This ever-green recipe is handed down in families from one generation to the next.and never fails to work wonders to your mood. It not only refreshes your senses but will also give a strong immunity against common cold, relief from headache and cure cough.
|Tea powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Put crushed ginger and cardamom in the water and bring the water to a boil.
When it comes to a boil, add 2 tsp tea powder. Let the tea powder to release it's color for a while.
Then add milk.. Stir..
Simmer the heat for 1 1/2 minutes. Your masala chai is ready.
Serve with cakes, cookies or snacks.
