Mango Lassi - Healthy Mango Smoothie

Delicious combination of mango, yogurt, and mint makes a healthy, cold snack or breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients

Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Yogurt 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Mango cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Cardamom seeds 1/4 Teaspoon (optional)
Fresh mint sprig 1 (optional)

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a blender, combine water, yogurt, mango, ice, honey, cardamom seeds and blend well.

2.Garnish with mint spring.

SERVING:
