Herbed Paneer Dip

This extremely creamy Herbed Paneer Dip derives a pleasant tanginess from curds and a herby aroma and flavour from oregano and parsley. Grated paneer gives a rich mouth-feel while milk balances the consistency and flavour. If youre wondering what to do for spice, there is a dash of chilli flakes to answer your question. Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Grated paneer 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cottage cheese)
Whisked curd 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dried oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli flakes 1 Teaspoon (dry)
Salt To Taste



Combine paneer, curd, parsley and milk and blend in a mixer till smooth. 

Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add oregano, chilli flakes and salt. Mix well. 

Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.


Serve chilled with toast and chips.
