Creamy Kulfi loaded with rich Mangoes goodness!! Easy to make, and taste is to die for! Saffron and Pistachio add that extra zing to the kulfi.

Milk | 500 Milliliter | |
Sugar | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Saffron strand | 5 | |
Mango pulp | 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
Pistachio | 2 Tablespoon | |
Cream | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. Heat milk in a pan. Reduce the milk with constant stirring.
2. Take a tablespoon of milk and add to kesar in bowl. Put it aside.
3. Continue to reduce the milk to half.
4. Press the saffron in the milk until completely dissolved. Add it to milk.
5. Drop in sugar and cook for another minute or two.
6. Pour cream on top and mix.
7. Turn off the flame and let it cool completely.
8. Pour the mixture in a jug. Top with the same amount of mango puree and some pistachios.
9. Mix and pour into kulfi moulds. Place the lid on.
10. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
11. Now insert the ice cream stick and then place it again in the freezer until set.
SERVING
12. Warm the mould and remove the kulfi. Serve them cold and enjoy.
