Easy Cooking - Open Mayonnaise Sandwich

An open sandwich that's every bit delicious as it looks... Have fun making it and eating it! It's HEALTHY! Make an open mayonnaise sandwich whenever you feel hungry!


Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Green chutney 2 Tablespoon
Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
Tomato slices 4
Capsicum slices 4 Small
Olives 4
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Bread slices 2



1.  Remove the crust from the bread slices and cut them diagonally into trangles.

2.  Spread mayonnaise on each traiangle and place a slice of tomato in the center.

3.  Put a bit of ketchum on one edge of the sandwich and green chutney on the other.

4.  Place an olive in the center and secure it with a toothpick.



5.  Serve along with some potato chips.
