Chicken 2 Pound
Green chili 1 , chopped (Optional)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Onion 1 Medium , finely chopped
Coriander 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped (for garnishing)
Spring onion 1 Tablespoon , chopped (for garnishing)
Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
Ginger 1 Inch , chopped lengthwise
Black pepper 2 Teaspoon
White pepper 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)



In a pan, heat the oil and roast the garlic. Add onions and sauté for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add chicken in the pan and turn the heat on high flame. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper and white pepper. Toss well.

Add green chilis and garlic. Pour water and turn the heat on medium.

Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. After 25 minutes add lemon juice.


Garnish with coriander and spring onions and serve.
