Mutton 500 Gram , cut into pieces
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili powder 3 Teaspoon
Onion paste 2 Large
Ghee | clarified butter 3 Tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)



In a pan, heat the ghee. Add mutton, cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Flip the meat in between.

Pour onion paste and mix with meat and cook for 10 minutes.

Add ginger garlic paste on the bottom of the pan and roast it for a minute.

Sprinkle spices and toss it with meat.

Pour 1 cup water. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium high heat.

Cook another 10 minutes for thicker gravy if desired.


Serve with roti or naan.
