Three Flour Golpapdi, An ideal early morning snack to combat nausea.

Ingredients

Ragi flour 2 Tablespoon
Whole wheat flour 2 Tablespoon
Soya flour 2 Tablespoon
Ghee 2 Tablespoon
Grated jaggery 4 Tablespoon

Directions

Making

In a broad non-stick pan, heat ghee. 

Add flours and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.

Remove from the flame, add jaggery and mix very well.

Pour the mixture into a greased plate (thali) and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.

Garnish with almonds and poppy seeds and keep aside to cool. 

Cut into equal sized pieces.

Serving

Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.
