Black Grape Lassi (Calcium Rich Recipe)

A calcium brimming drink using black grapes. Appealing and colour and flavours it is sure to please all palates.


Black grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Low fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chilled
Low fat curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chilled
Sugar 4 Teaspoon



Combine black grapes, milk, curd and sugar in a blender. Blend till smooth.


Pour equal quantities of the lassi into 4 individual glasses.

Serve chilled.
