Butter Chicken Bites - Twist on an Old Classic

Perfect for game night, a snack or your next soiree. This is a 100 party favorite!


For chicken bites
Ground chicken 1 Pound
Tandoori masala 2 Tablespoon
Salt & pepper To Taste
Red onion 1/2 , finely chopped
Green chili 1/2 , finely chopped
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
For butter chicken masala
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red onion 1/2 , finely chopped
Green chili 1/2 , finely chopped
Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala 1 Teaspoon
Tomato puree 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Whipping cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



For the Chicken Bites

1. Mix ground chicken, tandoori masala, chopped onion, chopped green chili, salt and pepper together.

2. Divide into bite size portions and roll them up.

3. Heat oil in a pot and deep fry the bite sized chicken balls. Set them aside.

For Butter Chicken Masala

4. Heat butter in a pan. Saute onions, green chili and chopped coriander in butter until coriander is nice and crispy.

5. Add chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala to the pan and mix it through.

6. Drop in tomato puree, stir and cook until everything is done well.

7. Pour whipping cream and mix it in the sauce.



8. Drop the chicken bites in the butter chicken masala, fold until the balls are nicely coated.



9. Skewer each chicken bite in toothpick. Place it on a platter and serve it with the remaining sauce.
