Do not eat these fire balls if you are not used to eating super spicy hot food. Make them mild or your way since this recipe is easy to customize.
I have few community people who always have Habanero, Jalapeno and many kind of Chili peppers in their kitchen so I myself even thought of preparing something super spicy. These Balls taste yummy but will sure create burning sensations and I do not recommend to try out if you are not used eating spicy food.

For plantain balls
Plantain 2 , steamed and mashed
Plain flour 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped onion 1/4 Tablespoon
Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped cilantro/Herb 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Habanero paste To Taste
Salt To Taste
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
For sauce
Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
Coconut milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Habanero paste 1/2 Tablespoon

For plantain balls – In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well with a spatula.

Using an ice cream scoop; scoop out the mixture and place on a plate.

Grease your hands with some oil and roll the balls.

In a deep pan, heat the oil and deep-fry the balls, until golden brown. Take out and place on a plate, lined with kitchen towel.

For the sauce – in a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter and coconut milk.

Add in the habanero paste and mix again.

Serve the balls with some sauce.
