Onions | 2 | |
Tomatoes | 2 | |
Green chili | 1 | |
Coriander | 2 Tablespoon | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Tomato ketchup/Tomato puree | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Red chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Mustard seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splatter.
2. Drop in green chilies and onions and saute well.
3. Throw in tomatoes and season it with salt. Continue to cook until everything is well cooked.
4. Add coriander, red chili powder and tomato puree. Mix it well.
5. Season with sugar, mix and then add the bread cubes to the pan. Stir to mix everything well.
SERVING
6. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
