Veg Grill Sandwich Recipe Double Decker - Quick and Easy Indian Street Style

Here's some Indian Street Style Vegetable Grill Sandwiches for you.. Double Decker Sandwiches, loaded with cheese and vegetables, it's truly amazing to see the street vendors making it.. But, have you tried it yourself at home? It's extremely easy and super awesome, with all the freedom with you to add what you want.. This is without Onion and Garlic, making it a great snack if you do not eat them.. If you eat them, you can add onion rings above sliced potatoes.. Both-ways, taste amusing! Bread slices 6
Cheese cubes 2
Potato 1 , thinly sliced
Tomato 1 , thinly sliced
Capsicum 1/2 , thinly sliced
Cucumber 1
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Green chutney 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
Tomato ketchup 1 1/2 Tablespoon



1. Butter three bread slices as shown in the video.

2. Spread some green chutney on one bread slice. Layer with potato and capsicum slices. Season with salt and chaat masala and then spread some grated cheese over the vegetables.

3. Take another bread slice which has been buttered on both sides. Spread tomato ketchup on one side and green chutney on the other.

4. Put this slice over the the cheese. Now layer the top with tomato and cucumber slices. Grate some more cheese on top.

5. Spread ketchup on the remaining bread slice and invert it over the grated cheese.

6. Repeat the same to prepare another sandwich.

7. Place the sandwiches over hot panini press and grill them until nicely toasted.



8. Spread some extra butter on top and sprinkle some chaat masala. Cut in triangles and serve with ketchup.
