A sprouts stuffed frankie - the low cal, low-fat way for weight-watchers.
|Whole wheat rotis||4 (each 150 mm. (6”) in diameter)|
|Boiled mixed sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs) (moong, matki, chana)|
|Crumbled low||fat paneer|
|Lemon juice||5 1/2 Teaspoon|
|Thickly grated carrots||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green chillies||2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped coriander||2 Tablespoon (dhania)|
|Chaat masala||1 1/2 Teaspoon|
|For masala water|
|Chilli powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Dried mango powder||1 Teaspoon (amchur)|
|Garam masala||1/4 Teaspoon|
|For onion mixture|
|Finely chopped onion||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chilli powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
Warm a roti and place on a flat, dry surface.
Drizzle some of the masala water and spread it evenly.
Spread a little of the stuffing in a single row in the center of the roti.
Sprinkle some onion mixture on it, roll it up tightly and seal it with a toothpick.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 to make 3 more frankies.
