Surely, your entire family will love it as it is loaded with papdi, fruits, potatoes, cooked kabuli chana, chutneys and perky spices there is something in it for everybody!
|Coarsely crushed papdis||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Boiled potato cubes||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soaked and boiled kabuli chana||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pineapple||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped raw mango||3 Tablespoon|
|Sweet chutney||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green chutney||2 Tablespoon|
|Whisked curd||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cumin powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chaat masala||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a bowl, combine papdi, potato cubes, kabuli chana, pineapple, raw mango, sweet chutney, green chutney, curd, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.
2. Garnish with coriander, serve immediately and enjoy!
