Papadi, Potato and Chickpea Chaat

There are some cold, rainy days when you feel a craving for something crunchy and spicy. Here is a quick snack that you can fix up in a jiffy to liven your spirits. Surely, your entire family will love it as it is loaded with papdi, fruits, potatoes, cooked kabuli chana, chutneys and perky spices there is something in it for everybody!


Coarsely crushed papdis 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Boiled potato cubes 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Soaked and boiled kabuli chana 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped pineapple 3 Tablespoon
Chopped raw mango 3 Tablespoon
Sweet chutney 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green chutney 2 Tablespoon
Whisked curd 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Chaat masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
For garnish
Finely chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon



1. In a bowl, combine papdi, potato cubes, kabuli chana, pineapple, raw mango, sweet chutney, green chutney, curd, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.



2. Garnish with coriander, serve immediately and enjoy!
