Tomatoes | 2 , chopped | |
Red chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Turmeric powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Coriander powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Paneer | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Milk | 2 Tablespoon (or as required) | |
Chopped coriander | 3 Tablespoon | |
Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. Heat oil in pan. Crackle cumin seeds in hot oil.
2. Add grated onion, saute well and let it brown. Pour grated tomatoes and cook for about 30 seconds or so.
3. Drop in chili powder, turmeric powder and stir it well. Add coriander powder and cook until the masala is cooked.
4. Throw in the chopped paneer to the pan and saute well. Pour milk, sugar and mix well.
SERVING
5. Garnish with coriander and serve with roti, plain rice or vegetable pulao. Enjoy.
