Rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked for 10 minutes or more | |
Oil | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Chili | 1 Teaspoon | |
Carrots | 4 Tablespoon | |
Peas | 4 Tablespoon | |
Corn | 4 Tablespoon | |
French beans | 4 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Coriander | 1 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. Take oil in a bowl. Add cumin seeds, green chilies, carrots, peas, corn and salt. Mix and microwave it for a couple of minutes.
2. Add rice and water and mix well. Microwave on high for 14 minutes. Let the pulav rest for 10 minutes in the microwave.
3. Garnish with coriander and then fluff up the rice.
SERVING
4. Serve as it is or with a curry. Enjoy.
