Instant Pickled Radishes

If you love Pickles, try this Radish Pickle recipe out. Easy, delicious, Instant, I love the fact that this pickle is long lasting. You can refrigerate a bottle in your fridge for a month at least.


Radish 3 Cup (48 tbs) , sliced
Rice vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vinegar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Black peppercorn 12
Cloves 7
Bay leaves 2
Honey 4 Tablespoon



1. In a pot, combine vinegar with all the spices and bring it to a boil.

2. Add honey and allow the mixture to cool.

3. In an air tight container, place the radishes and pour this mixture over them.

4. Allow the container to cool. Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator.


5. Serve as a condiment with any Indian dish of your choice.
