This herb packed and honey combed hot drink is just perfect to perk up your spirits during fever.


Tulsi patta 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Indian basil)
Mint leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (phudina)
Chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)



1. In mixer, place tulsi, mint, ginger and blend into coarse paste using very little water.

2. Into a non-stick pan, transfer the paste and pour water. Stir occasionally and boil for 5-7 minutes.

3. Strain the mixture, add honey and mix well.



4. Serve immediately.
