Home Remedy for Sore throat, Cough, Cold and Flu Symptoms

Here is an easy decaffeinated Tea recipe which is an effective remedy against sore throat, cough and cold. Give it a try when you feel down and out and feel better soon.

Ingredients

Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Ginger 2 Inch
Mint leaves 4 Tablespoon
Cinnamon stick 1
Fennel seeds 2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a pan, bring the water to a rolling boil.

2. Add all the ingredients to it except honey and allow to brew until the water is reduced by half.

3. Pass the tea through a strainer.

SERVING

4. Sweeten it up with some honey and serve.
