Fall is the perfect time to try out this perfect pumpkin curry!


Pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs) , cubed (Kaddu)
Lentil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dal)
Tamarind paste/Lemon 1 Tablespoon (Imli)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Coriander cumin powder 1 Tablespoon
Garam masala To Taste
Oil/Ghee/butter 2 Tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Red chili powder To Taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon (Haldi)
Asafoetida 1 Pinch (Optional)
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cilantro To Taste , chopped (For garnish)
