Looks, it has so many ingredients and the milk is white, so it looks very gorgeous.
Texture, Unlike the normal kulfi which melts very fast and looks watery.. This does not melts very fast and does not look watery but its texture is very creamy.. With a very less amount of cream like 100ml of cream for a liter of milk.. Which is very good for the diet conscious..

MAKING
In a large pot cook 1 liter of milk and half cup cream. Cook till the quantity reduces to half. Make sure you stir it continuously.
Add saffron to the milk. Once the milk turns a little yellow add the chopped paan leaves (2).
Add gulkand, cardio, mixed nuts and sugar. Let it cook for a while.
Divide it into bowls and freeze the kulfi.
To add color to the kulfi, crush the betel leaves along with a little milk and add it to to the kulfi.
Add chopped cherries, gulkand, mixed nuts and sliver coated cardamom seeds to the kulfi.
Freeze the kulfi for 4-5 hrs
SERVING
Divide the kulfi into smaller pieces, serve it cold
