Green chutney | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Sweet tamarind chutney | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Sev | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Boiled chickpeas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Black chana) | |
Boiled moong | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chopped onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Boiled chopped potatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Red chili pepper | To Taste | |
Cumin powder | To Taste | |
Chaat masala | To Taste | |
Black salt | To Taste |
MAKING
In a small bowl, first arrange the papdi (http://ifood.tv/indian/1003982-papdi-recipe-how-to-make-papdi-for-chaats) , then take the bhalla (http://ifood.tv/indian/1003981-dahi-bhalla-dahi-vada-chaats) break it and add it on top.
Add the kala chana, moong, chopped onions and potatoes.
Season with all the spices.
Add a generous helping of sweetened yogurt, sweet tamarind chutney and green chutney. Top it off with sev.
SERVING
Serve it immediately so it does not become soggy.
