Canapes Recipe - Indian Chat Stuffing

Canapes, made in less than 5 mins.. With Chatpati Indian Chaat Stuffing.. Make this anytime in the day or for any party. Quick and easy to make and tastes amazingly delicious

Ingredients

Canapes 10
Chopped onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped cucumber 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped tomatoes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Without Seed or Pulp)
Sev 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon juice 5 Drop (few drops)
Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Black salt 1/8 Teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Chat masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Ketchup To Taste (As Required) (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

In a baking tray, place the canapes and bake these in a preheated oven at 200 C for 2-3 mins in Toast Mode.

Take a mixing bowl, add in the onions, cucumber, tomato, lemon juice, coriander, salt, black salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, chat masala. Mix well.

SERVING

Take the canapes out, spread a thin layer of ketchup and add in the stuffing, top it off with some sev and serve immediately.

 

NOTES

You can skip the toasting and instead you can fry the canapes for just 2 secs in hot oil.
