Make this luscious Green Masala ahead of time and store in your fridge or freezer to make a delicious curry or spice up a kebab.

Ingredients

Ginger garlic paste 4 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) , use as needed
Chaat masala 4 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 4 Teaspoon
Peppercorn 24
Salt To Taste
Green chillies 2
Chopped corriander leaves 13 Ounce

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender, blend together all the ingredients, adding half coriander at a time.

 

SERVING

2. Use in chicken curries kebabs or as desired.
