These fibre rich mini Frisbees are easy-to-make and utterly delicious! You can make these in advance and store in an air-tight container for days. These Frisbees can be packed to school, have as it is or topped with sauce and vegetables to make a wholesome and filling snack.
|Grated processed cheese||2 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black sesame seeds||1/2 Teaspoon|
|White sesame seed||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Wheat bran||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (as needed)|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Tablespoon (For dusting as needed)|
1. In a bowl, combine flour, cheese, chili powder, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, wheat bran, salt, and oil. Mix well and knead into firm dough using little water. Cover dough with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion into thin circle, using little wheat flour.
3. Heat a non-stick griddle and cook each circle over low flame until pink spots appear on both the sides. Continue cooking over low, while pressing with a folded muslin cloth, until they turn crisp and brown from both the sides. Cool and store in an air-tight container.
4. Serve and enjoy!
